Niles Home provides residential treatment services for children ages 6-17, most of whom have been severely traumatized by abuse, neglect or abandonment.
Because we recognize that every child at Niles Home is unique, our caring, trauma-informed staff works to build on the strengths and interests of each individual.
Residential Treatment is designed to serve children and youth with diagnoses such as:
- Major Depression
- Oppositional Defiant Disorder
- Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
- Bipolar Disorder
Residential Treatment takes a multidisciplinary approach to promote and support healing for emotionally troubled youth and their families. Licensed, master's level therapists, and a psychiatrist provide individual, group and family therapies and psychiatric services. Residential technicians coordinate activities tailored to help increase each child's self-esteem.
